1 Accord currently has a technician on staff that holds certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certifications (IICRC) in:

- Flood and Water Damage
The mission of the IICRC is to establish and advance globally recognized standards and certifications for the inspection, cleaning, restoration and installation industries.
ISSA Certified
1 Accord has also completed the International Sanitary Supply Association’s (ISSA) CIMS-GB Workshop/Cleaning Industry Management Standard and Green Building program. ISSA is the world’s most recognized cleaning association.
NORMI Certified
NORMI, the National Organization of Remediators and Mold Inspectors, is one of the fastest growing certifying agencies in the country and has been involved in providing high-quality training for mold and indoor environmental professionals since 2004. 1 Accord has completed NORMI’s New York State approved certification courses for Mold Assessor and Mold Remediation/Air Quality Contractor.
